"Quick and Easy!"

What do you like best about DocuSign? I love how fast and easy it is to get important things done. Contract negotiations are hard enough without endless papers flying back and forth. I feel good knowing I get online, up to date, easily archivable copies of my important contracts that I can address quickly without having to even get up and scan them. What do you like best about DocuSign? I think its a great, easy, functional, efficient, secure and useful. What do you dislike about DocuSign? It would be better if it was "free" in terms of how flexible you can be in accessing the document. Sometimes its frustrating trying to sign in a certain area the way you want, it limits you. What do you like best about DocuSign? Using this platform makes confidential documents secure. What do you dislike about DocuSign? It takes some time to learn the platform. If you skip through, you might miss important steps. Recommendations to others considering DocuSign: Take your time and learn the software. What do you like best about DocuSign? I can fill out any document anywhere I don't have to print fill it out scan it and then send. What do you dislike about DocuSign? "Quick and Responsive Service"

What do you like best about DocuSign? They were very easy to work with for implementation and supporting us after it was done. The guides are very easy to follow that there was immediate adoption by users. We found it very easy to use without the guides too. People do not find it daunting to use as a signer. What do you dislike about DocuSign? The new version lacks many options the classic one has. We still have to switch back and forth from the types to be an admin. There are some problems ...

"Great Solution for Signing and Sending Documents"

What do you like best about DocuSign? The user experience and ease of use when sending and signing documents. What do you dislike about DocuSign? Takes time to train our clients on how to set up templates. Once we are past that it is smooth sailing. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? Document sending and E-Signature is a must in today's customer experiences. This is why this product is necessary when gathering E-Signatures.

What do you like best about DocuSign? DocuSign is easy to use, integrates with our Salesforce.com system, and allows us to get business signed quickly. What do you dislike about DocuSign? What do you like best about DocuSign? It's fast and easy. And people you send it to don't need an account. What do you dislike about DocuSign? It's integration into Procore is relatively pricey. "Not easy to use, and limited features."

What do you like best about DocuSign? Not much, honestly. It's a challenging program to navigate. What do you dislike about DocuSign? Limited features. It is complicated to set up a signature and an initials template, and difficult to place it on your document. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? Remote signing of documents for customers that are not able to have a face to face document signing; secure document signing.
