DocuSign is great tool for signing documents online

PROS: DocuSign makes the whole process of documentation smooth and easy. I like that it offers an option for completing the contract electronically/online. We have all forms and contract documents within DocuSign templates, we can easily send and receive contracts when needed. Thanks to this tool we can improve our customer service and be more high-tech. CONS: I don’t like that there is no possibility to duplicate template to additional fields.

What do you like best about DocuSign? I like that I can create my documents with any program I want, however I want, and upload it into DocuSign. From there I can add all of the places I want filled in by the user or auto-filled by the system. What do you dislike about DocuSign?
