What do you like best about DocuSign? I love how easy it is to import a document, setup spots where you need signatures, and then loop in all parties so that the doc goes to each person in a specific order. Basically, I love not having to babysit the docs I send out to be signed! As someone that helps handle a great deal of contracts and offer letters, the order in which someone receives a doc is super important, and being able to keep tabs on my docs as they move from one signer to another ...

Horrible Paying and Support Experiences

I have problems basically every time I try to use the service. Selecting the monthly paid plan (which is 33% more expensive than the yearly one) still charges me every month without my consent, and I cannot cancel it! Had to cancel my credit card. Now, I have been charged 3 times for one month use. Horrible paying platform, support is never there (chat) and website pages keep changing languages from portuguese (the one I use it) to english, because apparently they did not fully developed a ...
