What do you like best about DocuSign? Easy to set up and great functionality to get NCAA and summer camp documents signed by a lot of people for a great cost. What do you like best about DocuSign? Docusign is a great e-sign tool if you are using it through the Docusign portal or with Salesforce classic - but it does NOT work for lightning. You have to code a custom button just to get a button to show up - then you have to use a crazy workaround because they have a "bug" that prevents you from adding attachments normally. What do you like best about DocuSign? I like the way DocuSign walks its users through the process of getting documents signed and its ability to send documents out to be signed. Working with technology like this can be confusing to lots of different parties involved, so I like the simplistic user interface and how smoothly the system works.
