TERRIBLE customer support

TERRIBLE customer support. I opened my account and couldn't generate an integration key. After talking and chatting with at least 5 customer support agent I figured it was easier to just cancel my account and it was.

Very bad integration process.

Impossible to create an integration after already paying for the plan! Contacted support multiple times. Had to start the whole integration process from scratch and wasted a lot of time.

What do you like best about DocuSign? I love the ease of use and the streamlined format of this site. What do you dislike about DocuSign? I don't have any problems with Docusign. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? Lag in packages being signed and returned is not much of a problem as it used to be.

Docusign is a 'good enough' product until we started to fully integrate all of our functionality. Docusign became difficult to deal with. We tried to cancel our "automatic, VERY EXPENSIVE, renewal". Docusign makes it virtually impossible to disengage from them. Extremely frustrating. My options - have my credit card company cancel my credit card and reissue another to me so that Docusign cannot continue to charge my credit card. How f'up is that? "Docusin is a easy and quick fix for getting signatures online"

What do you like best about DocuSign? I love just how effortless it is to upload the document and then send the file to the particular individual for getting their signatures over the document without physically visiting to them. Watch out

I specifically set the account up without recurring payments and yet the account has taken a further 2 payments. On noticing a pending transaction from them this month I called and asked for a refund. Despite the fact that I haven’t even logged in since the account was setup they would only refund the last payment.
