I specifically set the account up without recurring payments and yet the account has taken a further 2 payments. On noticing a pending transaction from them this month I called and asked for a refund. Despite the fact that I haven’t even logged in since the account was setup they would only refund the last payment. Rude customer service reps. Terrible Cancellation Policy.

The customer service reps are rude... and they don't even do what you asked them to do to boot. I called to cancel this service on 11/29/19. The rep said I couldn't cancel til the next billing cycle. She said she'd have to downgrade my account for the month then it would cancel on the following billing cycle. They just took a payment from me THAT DAY. What do you like best? Makes for superfast turnaround. For field can be customized, same with the order of signatories. What do you dislike? No support for customer automated forms yet. Can only see documents you are copied on. Recommendations to others considering the product: Just do it. Most customers are willing to use it now. What problems are you solving with the product? "Getting a signature over the internet."

What do you like best about DocuSign? I love how easy it is to use DocuSign. They allow you to send contracts over the internet and get a digital signature that allows you to confirm a contract/invoice. Then they save all the documents on DocuSign just incase you need it again in the future.
