Poor customer services and loads of errors

Whatever you do, don't sign up for an annual plan. Initially I was quite impressed with DocuSign and was using it for the day to day operations of our property business. I made loads of templates and it had streamlined my workflow. At the end of the trial I signed up to a subscription, which surprisingly is where the problems started. What do you like best about DocuSign? Have been using Docusign for over 5 years and nearly all that time with a paid subscription. What do you like best? it is an easy way to collect signatures with one click and does not require having to send a copy of the document to be printed and signed. it also keeps documents secure by keeping them within the docusign portal. What do you dislike? the agreement itself cannot be edited as a template as you can not edit the word document within docusign.
