What do you like best? easy to use and integrates with CRM so we can send agreements right after sales come in What do you dislike? cannot edit the agreement within the software and have to within a 3rd party application Recommendations to others considering the product: if you are a salesperson its a great software to use What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? easy to use and simple for sending agreements. the software cannot get much easier to use and is very simple to track and send agreements. What do you dislike? the pricing is a bit steep especially since it is per user. this adds up for a small team and a small business, especially when you are not sending hundreds of agreements per month. i think pricing should be based on how many agreements are sent per month rather than users. Trying to profit from the misfortune of the issues in the world by enforcing restriction on 100 forms per year. SO it cost £3.96 per document to send with docusign ?? stay away.
