"Docusign is widely used in my industry and always reliable and secure."

What do you like best about DocuSign? It is intuitive in prefilling signature fields. I like the convenience of just checking and emailing to clients for signatures. The fact that it is secure puts my clients and myself at ease. I have been shocked by the support I am receiving from docusign - I have a receipt for paying for an annual service from them and they are saying I am on a free version - The help desk on the phone said they could not receive emails so I logged a call from the web site which was closed before I had heard from them so have logged again

What do you like best about DocuSign? I love being able to click to sign and how easy it is to check the status of the signiture. What do you dislike about DocuSign? I dislike how DocuSign logs you out after a few minutes of inactivity. This makes it difficult for me to find where I was before, so I have to start over. What do you like best about DocuSign? It is easy and straightforward to send and edit documents for review and signing but my clients. What do you dislike about DocuSign?
