If I could give a negative star it…

If I could give a negative star it would be negative 5 stars. This company is quick to take your money although takes its time to refund once you cancel. I have tried three times to get my promised refund and three months later have not receive the 10-14 day refund. Every time I get someone to get my case reviewed it is another 10-14 days for the refund and I haven’t seen my $100+ Do not use this company under any circumstances. Terrible terrible terrible!!

What do you like best about DocuSign? I like the way DocuSign directs the user to get a signed file and to give it to the user to register. Working with this technology can confuse many different people but I really like the system's simple user interface and smooth operation. What do you like best about DocuSign? The ability to create templates & edit them as you go makes sending large documents with multiple signatures a painless process. What do you dislike about DocuSign? I think they should have an option to add the DocuSign Certification document to the back of the signed document in one pdf. I used this company for years

I used this company for years. Last year I upgraded my account. I always pay yearly, not monthly. I happened to pay more attention to my credit card statement and found they were charging me monthly which was way more expensive. I called the company and they said they would not refund the difference. I said I would cancel my account then. They were fine with that as opposed to keeping a good customer. After I cancelled my account, and could not get on my account I was still being charged ...

"A simple, competent approach for remote authentication of papers"

What do you like best about DocuSign? I like the freedom to build temple files, and submit them when required. This has improved other processes for HR / onboarding purposes within our business, but also customer service. It takes maybe 30 seconds to sign up…

It takes maybe 30 seconds to sign up for an account...but god forbid you would like to cancel. They ask you for everything under the sun, they run you through the ringer, they keep your subscription money, they won't refund you for serves that have not been rendered and they transfer you to their call center people in India who don't speak english. It's absolutely awful. Please avoid at all costs. HelloSign or Google DocHub

"Easy to use"

What do you like best about DocuSign? I like that it is easy to use, and we can followup who has signed the document. It is available on mobiles and tablets too. What do you dislike about DocuSign? It is not as validated as signing with a digital ID card, anyone can sign it. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? Sometimes we cannot schedule to meet in person to sign a contract. We use DocuSign to solve this problem.

What do you like best? We send many different proposals and many different agreements each month out for signature. Docusign has helped us be able to send these documents efficiently and has made collecting signatures way easier. Love the notification and reminder features that are available within the software.
