Worst service ever

Worst service ever. You cannot even get your document after signing it properly. You don't have the keys to sign. You don't get the numeric signature. I worked with national agencies and I can say : you cannot trust this fake signatures. Your session aggressively expires during you Visio session. Guys ? Who design this ? Who chose to use this ?

I absolutely love that I can "legally" sign and submit documents to departments or colleagues who are not physically based in the same office as mine; the organization I work for has a huge contingency of remote employees and departments, which has the potential to create huge headaches in completing legally and organizationally mandated paperwork (for example, for new hires, which are frequent with the size of the company).
