Total junk
Total junk. Support is no help. Couldn't log in. It didn't like my pw even though it was good and had been used before. Okay, so tried clicking "forgot pw". Msg says it sent me a verification code. Nope. Tried hitting "resend" more than a dozen times. Still nothing. Called them. No help. This system is used by 2 outfits I use for business. I've cancelled one so far because of this issue. Subscribe at your own risk.

What do you like best about DocuSign? DocuSign is actually the ideal instrument for retrieving signed and formatted documents and never have to fill out or print and browse or perhaps e mail them. "Great tool to get your contracts reviewed & signed!"
What do you like best? I love how easy and intuitive the tool is. I also like the notifications you get as soon as someone opens your file and as soon as your document is completed. What do you dislike? I haven't seen any negative points so far in the tool. Recommendations to others considering the product: I would totally recommend Docusign for its ease of use and the convenience of being paperless & fast to execute on business requirements. Awful company to do business, find another esign company.
Awful company to do business with. The support is terrible and cost you a ton of time attempting to find solutions to issues they either do not know how to solve or will not. I spent months trying to straighten out integration with a third party company via their API, turned out their updated version had a bug and they made me downgrade with out any expectation of notice when it would be fixed - this was the solution that literally took months to find. Scam.
You will NOT be able to close your account and you will have to contact your credit card company to stop them from stealing from you. Biggest scam I have ever seen. DO NOT use this company. Many other companies that do the exact same thing.

What do you like best about DocuSign? The text is clear and easily printable with good quality What do you dislike about DocuSign? The pop-up sign is not good. It needs to be improved. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy to send the document via email and great option to send multiple document across multiple devices.
