Terrible problem loading documents. Cannot see several of the pages in the contract that I'm trying to assign signatures to. Customer Service call (to somehwere in Asia) failed to solve the problem. Called back again today and they tried to blame it on my connection speed-nope! It's obvious that someone has taken the money and run away from ensuring that this software fucntions properly.

Landlord is trying to have me sign a lease with this piece of garbage. but it never loads. Customer support basically gave up and told me to tell them it wont open, like tHaNkS sO mUcH. What a garbage website, it has one job and can't even do it right.

Bait and Switch

Used them for several years then in the middle of a pandemic they tell us they want to increase our price 3x fold. We tell them no thanks we are moving on and SURPRISE, they want to charge us more money to export the documents we own on a service we paid for. Unbelievable! I hope they implode.
