Awful

Awful! I send a contract to a batch of recipients and sent test documents to myself to see how it looks on other end. The form fields I placed are not showing up accurately. No wonder the first person that viewed the contract just VIEWED it! Bad for business!!!

EXASPERATING

I was so surprised or should I say SHOCKED with the manner used by the operators whose style is just to end your conversation whilst you are asking them a question which meant that I had to re-call again and again and again, I was met by operators (on the webcam, you can see them yeah) who repeatedly claimed that they could not scan my passport on the webcam, and abruptly ended the call.
