"Bait and Switch / Hidden Fees"

What do you like best? Nothing. This was a truly infuriating experience. They have a bunch of unscalable hidden fees that they hid despite us asking about it in the sale process. Don't go with Docusign especially if you are a start-up - they don't scale. As soon as my contract is up I am likely going back to Adobe or Hello-sign. What do you dislike? I am livid. What do you like best? Easy to sconfgure, and send high quality contracts for clients to sign What do you dislike? Nothing, its a super system. I dont know what to say! So many issues

Here is the worst part about DocuSign: If you want to send documents in bulk to many people, you have to upgrade. Then when you get them back, you CANNOT download them in bulk. You have to download them ONE BY ONE. They then suggest you use a secondary app such as Box, which has it's own issues and struggles. Example: I have a direct deposit form I need to send to 100 different people (this is considered a bulk send). 100 people sign and return the form and I have to download each form, one ...

"Easy digital signature"

What do you like best about DocuSign? I like how it's so easy to sign a document without getting it print. It's so helpful in current pandemic, What do you dislike about DocuSign? Not much really. It's quite helpful in offices and other organizations. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? Signing petitions, signing tax documents and official work documents is very easy now using DocuSign.

"Paperless!"

What do you like best about DocuSign? It eliminates most of our former paper trail processes. Rather than routing contracts around campus for signatures which could take weeks to months, we can get it back in a day and know who hasn't signed. We are also working on moving our writing contracts process over to Docusign as well. What do you dislike about DocuSign?
