What do you like best about DocuSign? Easy to use on mobile. Easy to retrieve past documents. What do you dislike about DocuSign? Could there be an opportunity to make a docusign mobile application? Recommendations to others considering DocuSign: Go paperless What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? Problems include security. The document is sent directly to email. What if an email is hacked? I enjoy using docusign to go paperless.

I was charged for a one year automatic…

I was charged for a one year automatic renewal and noticed it on a credit card I don’t hardly use 38 days after it was charged. There is no customer service phone number. You have to send a request for an email response. I was told in an email that I missed the 30 day cancellation period and they would not cancel. There wasn’t even an attempt to work with me. I haven’t used Docusign for over a year! After reading other reviews, I plan to try and dispute the charge with my credit card ...
