What do you like best about DocuSign? I love how easy this program was to use. They walk you through everything. Its set up so easy to use. When the Coronavirus began and they allowed PA Notaries to perform their notorizations online, DocuSign was the ONLY program I even considered because of how EASY it was. What do you like best about DocuSign? Easily add specific fields, people and objects to be signed. It is easy to add or remove signatories or those who need to obtain a copy of the contract. It is easy to view other documents in the library. What do you dislike about DocuSign? They don't see any downside. I had to choose a star

I had to choose a star. Frankly it’s a minus score. What a complete con. Of more importance is that 91% rate docusign as Bad. It should be 100% bad. There is not one redeeming feature. Avoid at all costs.

What do you like best about DocuSign? I love the way the note gets to your email and you can just click on the link that leads you directly to the file you must sign. DocuSign also sends an additional e-mail reminder to remind you to complete the signature quickly to your e-mail address. I also like the way the file is displayed on the display screen. Downgrading of account is terrible!

Downgrading of account is made very very frustrating. You have to submit a support ticket for it. These practices are terrible and we will avoid Docusign forever!

I cannot emphasise enough how poor this product is. Do yourself a favour and go with Hello Sign or one of their other competitors. The whole experience is laughably bad.

What do you like best about DocuSign? We send our customers the pre-designed contracts for signature - with the software we are able to digitally sign the letters we send to our customers directly. This often saves us the double way. The functions for editing pdf files are excellent - I can edit practically the whole pdf. What do you dislike about DocuSign?
