Pretty terrible customer service. I've had a DocuSign account (recipient account only) for a few years now. I've used it recently with the purchase/building of land and a new house. Worst Customer Service Ever

If there was an option to rate them with NEGATIVE stars, i would choose negative 10. I did a trial membership and at the end of the trial signed up. They didnt transfer my documents or templates to the new account. Now they have no idea how to fix it. They allowed two accounts to be created under the same e mail. They are only interested in getting your credit card info so they can bill you. The worst customer service award goes to.... DOCUSIGN
