What do you like best about DocuSign? Easy to use User friendly - easy to organise documents and apply templates. Dashboard is well laid out and allows you to see what documents are completed. What do you like best about DocuSign? Docusign allows recipients of forms to change signers and forward to the correct signer What do you dislike about DocuSign? I wish that there was a better integration with salesforce. I would like to see more information without needing to login to DocuSign. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? I don't need to worry about customers signing documents on their own internal tools.

The instant input function (selecting information fields of the exact same name) is actually a great tool that can help others never feel overwhelmed by the need to enter relevant information once. Unknowledgeable service

TLDR: Customer service don't know what features are available and also it doesn't have basic functions (like downloading multiple documents at once in PDF format). Extortionate prices and terrible customer service. I was trying to send out a form en masse to be signed by multiple different people and needed to create a single link, rather than enter emails individually (which is the only option available on the interface). I asked customer service and sales whether this was available and ...

who designed this monstrosity? The UI/UX team should be forced to listen to Nickelback. You should have a template library available. Most people can't write legal documents from scratch.

Very complicated and not easy to use

Very complicated and not easy to use. Also I signed up, paid and it wouldn't update my settings. So I paid for nothing. Customer service were then rude and unhelpful.
