Terrible services, Unfriendly agents

Wish you never need their services for sign or ID verification. Signing documents is a walk through a labyrinth, what to read and what to sign? you pay more attention to the signing than to the content of the document you are ready to sign, risks that you miss something important in the document. ID-verification is as if you are going through North Korea customs: very unfriendly agents screening you and your ID, waist 15-20 minutes. You think your are through when you get sms confirmation ...

I rarely post a review but this is the…

I rarely post a review but this is the worst online customer experience i had...so needed to share so that top mngmt improve such awful service. Or a good opportunity for competition to go into this business. The customer service agent just cut the line without explaining or havg the patience to go through the process flow... it s amazing how the 3 agents decide on their own will within 30sec to cut the line for productivity reason...i was lucky the last agent was fine.

What do you like best about DocuSign? It is incredibly simple and very simple to use; even the least technical person can figure it out with no difficulties. It makes signing documents a breeze, particularly with multiple pages or multiple people! It's as inexpensive to send documents to many individuals electronically as it is to use overnight carriers, immediately and with ease! We completely recommend this for any workplace environment. What do you dislike about DocuSign? There's a small ...

"A mobile way to quickly receive documents"

What do you like best about DocuSign? I like how easy you can send documents to customers. Working mainly remotely now, like all of us, it is easy for DocuSign to send publications from household without driving or dropping anything for an approval. Furthermore, I found it so easy to use for customers that I haven't had many questions for how to do it, although with older customers who are not technology experts. What do you dislike about DocuSign? It can take time to fill out the signing ...

"Excellent tool for signing documents and monitoring its status."

What do you like best about DocuSign? I like DocuSign's approach to its subscribers by getting signed papers and by being in a position to distribute signed documents. Working with this technology type could be confusing to a lot of parties, so I love the easy user interface and also the way the system functions smoothly. I love it when written documents are signed or perhaps still being signed, a contact can be obtained to keep on top. The expenses are reasonable and I that way when we ...

There is absolutely nothing that my team or I will not ...

It's not what you think you're buying

Really convenient until you have used all your "envelopes." It doesn't tell you how many times you can have people sign for the monthly price. Once you have used up your few opportunities, it asks you to upgrade to $40 a month. No phone numbers for explanation. I'm very frustrated and disappointed. I will have to sign up with someone else in addition to paying Docusign. Use some other signing service.
