I kept asking to speak with someone else who might be able to help me but he just insulted me and said that the problem I was dealing with was my fault. Beyond awful. There's nothing positive to say about the service except a massive waste of time and scam.

Charged me 5 times - No customer service

Charged me 5 times - not answers from customer service?I paid for their service annually, and was charged 5 times ( 4 monthly ) This makes no sense so reached out to customer service - 3rd day now and no reply by Twitter customer service or email. Sad I didn’t see the review before I bought, I thought this was a legit company. Had to block my card as this seems to be a scam.
