Bait & Switch

Docusign started off as a simple way to process customer's signatures on orders. We loved the system and it worked great. Then, as soon as we exceeded the 100 envelopes (which there is ZERO documentation saying there is a max of 100 envelopes / year), we started getting messages that we are going to have tons of fees. Bad customer service

Bad customer service, may as well pay much less for another esignature company. Locked in to long expensive contract feel we were duped. Account Manager not helpful and won't return emails unless you threaten him

What do you like best about DocuSign? The possibility to sign a contract without having to print the document by fax. Furthermore, it is advisable to find out by displaying the fields which areas of the papers are worth filling out, as they do not need to be filled out due to insufficient information. Docusign is becoming a SCAM BUSINESS

I left Docusign for Hellosign because of the price, awful customer experience, website user flaws that don't get fixed because I don't pay for customer support, and their refund policy that does not work. Docusign is becoming closer to being a scam than a product. My refund was filed several times within the timeframe, and they kept denying it and would not give any support on how to fix their own website flaw that would deny my refund claim. What do you like best about DocuSign? DocuSign is an electronic signature software that allows having the signatures of my customers on a software for an agreement. This has reduced the paper work and a lot more complexities. There is no fear of loss of contract paper as everything is recorded on the software. Do NOT USE DOCUSIGN !!Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! & RIP OFFF

The company act like they are so well versed and excellent in all things paperless but they are more expensive and ridiculous. There are better companies that do this better and will not overcharge. If you can avoid them I would. I am forced into a business contract for three years. THe company is a joke and no one is ever available to speak on the phone. Horrible & Unfortunate because I am not one to give bad reviews but felt this was necessary

First customer service I've ever…

First customer service I've ever encountered they literally have hung up on me six times every time I call back all Indian from what it sounds like so it's obviously not in the US and they don't want to talk about my billing because they've been overcharging me and they know it and they don't want to even deal with it so they are the disrespectful little shis and keep hanging up on me. This company has been great until I call them for customer service the worst thing I've ever encountered

This is the most illogical

This is the most illogical, confusing, unhelpful user interface imaginable. What you see is not want gets sent. Terrible web design. I'm selling my stock because this is ripe for a program that isn't made for graduate students of Docusign University (if one existed)>
