What do you like best about DocuSign? Docusign is a very convenient tool for e-signing documents specially for bulk signees. Poor customer service and product

My account has an issue with authentication and I called customer service 7 times and no one ever answers! The automated system hangs up on you every time! There has to be a better alternative to this company.

Docu sign does Not have any customer service. Most representatives speaks English in a way that is hard to understand and they don't have any knowledge about their website. One of the representatives that I talked to was listening to the music and whistling while was trying to help me!!!! If you have a question or problem, you're on your own. It's frustrating when you already paid for one year and they don't accept to refund you.

Too difficult to get all answers correct so I am looking for accounting firm that doesn't use DocuSign

"Extremely useful e-signatures"

What do you like best about DocuSign? So much ease of use. It is helpful to work with documents that require a signature. The simplicity of service also includes the recipient of the signature. I've never had a problem with the recipient completing the signing process. Horrible service

Horrible service. They 'hook' you with a promotional price for the first year, and then started sending threatening, aggressive and rude emails stating my company's account would be shut down if we didn't 'upgrade' to a plan (we were already on the Business plan) FOUR TIMES as expensive!
