Please do not waste your time

Please do not waste your time. I spent literally several days trying to format a document. It should have been easy. Customer services was non-existent. I got cut off, I got people giving me duff information... and that's when I actually managed to get through to someone. Honestly, it is so infuriating it made me weep. STAY AWAY FROM DOCUSIGN!

Fair use ? ... useless ! ... stay away

Having used the DocuSign system for MANY years and paid approximately £200 a year for it, I couldn’t have praised it more until very recently I got a surprise email that said that I had gone over my fair use policy !! On further investigation, the supposed new policy that they implemented suggest that the average person on DocuSign uses 100 documents ... ... Per ... ... yes , wait for it ... YEAR !!!! How on earth do you expect someone who is on a business plan to survive on 100 documents ...

wanted to upgrade my plan - everyone I spoke to tole me it was someone else's responsibility to actually help. Got bounced between 7 or 8 customer service reps in various departments. what a waste of time.

Charged despite cancelling our account

Despite cancelling our account, with an email from Docusign confirming this, they have charged our card anyway. Not only that but the card details they showed as having on file were no longer valid so they've somehow billed our new debit card.

'sales prevention officer' rudely informed me ...

After making 2 international calls to speak to a member of the sales without being able to speak to someone that could assist me with my inquiry, I eventually spoke to a 'sales prevention officer' who rudely informed me that I would need to pay $1,500 to continue using Docusign because there is a limit of use to just 100 'envelopes' per year. DocuSign makes the signing process easier and smooth

PROS: As a salesperson I use DocuSign on a daily basis. My clients can sign the contract from everywhere as long as they can access their email or smartphone. They are able to sign with their finger on the screen and if this is the case I get email notification immediately. I often use this tool to get notification when files are viewed and completed. CONS: I don’t like that I’m not allowed to change the tool bar on the left side of the program. I don’t use all of its features and options ...

Support is non-existent: Docu-thieves

I tried to remove my phone number from their marketing list and this is where it got shady AF: every time I tried to open a support ticket it said to try again in 30 minutes. There is no way to contact a human and delete your account. They now have my personal info to do what they please with and I can't delete my account: because support never works.
