Overcharged

Despite cancelling the annual subscription before the renewal we were charged for an annual subscription. I have raised a case regarding the issue over a week ago but this has not even been acknowledged or responded too. terrible service.

I have used DocuSign for over 7 years

I have used DocuSign for over 7 years. My yearly fee was $480.00 yearly. Today I received a phone call from them demanding almost $7000.00 or they will suspend my account. This company is unethical and I’ve already warned several other close companies to me to make a switch. I am happy to announce that I signed up with hellosign.com for free and now I’m saving $480.00 per year. The platform is much easier to navigate and it’s free. I’m sharing them in tons of my groups and hopefully this ...

What do you like best about DocuSign? Excellent way to electronically sign important documents. What do you dislike about DocuSign? Drawing my signature using a mouse took several attempts before it looked anything like my actual signature. Would prefer to upload an image of my actual signature. Bait and Switch

I am a real estate broker in Atlanta, Georgia that decided to use DocuSign's "Rooms for Real Estate" product. I was told by the sales team that their software directly integrates with our Georgia Association of Realtor forms, and is listed on their website as a DocuSign official partner. "Handy and Intuitive"

What do you like best about DocuSign? I like how someone adds a document you are constantly using but not necessarily need to create a template out of it, DocuSign will recognize the fields that need to be filled out. I also like that it remembers the people you have sent documents to so you can easily add them next time if they're a constant client. "A Solid Experience Overall"

What do you like best about DocuSign? DocuSign is quite customizable, and integrates with Salesforce, which has been a major improvement for our workflow. What do you dislike about DocuSign?
