The customer service team are attrocious. You cannot esclate any issues to senior management and these members of staff talk down to you.

"Excellent service for remote workforce"

What do you like best about DocuSign? It's straightforward to use. I like being able to set the signing order and add people to receive copies without signing. What do you dislike about DocuSign? Really bad experience about that library!

Very bad API and doc. We noticed several bugs in nodeJs SDK and a lot of coding bad practices. I really struggle to find what I need at all steps. It almost burned me out! All of what I have made with that library was a bad experience. Every contact with customer service was a failure. It's a real shame that such a big company can release such a bad API / SDKs...the worst API integration I have ever made

DocuSign..... and so the waiting begins....

Frustration, frustration frustration. Slow, platform. Was not able to change my signature. Was stuck with what ever comic-sans font they apparently found appropriate to use. Looking through FAQ -> says you have to create an account to change the signature. So created an account, and added a signature. However were not able to use that signature in the doc that i had to sign. What then.... comic-sans i guess will do...? In the meantime i managed to get redirected to sign in again at least ...

This software is great for enterprises

PROS: This is an easy e-signature tool that is great and helpful for both external and internal signature needs. We are able to provide all company signatures via DocuSign and this helps us to save lot of time. This important tool for tracking and signing customers’ contracts. The system is easy to use, the UI is intuitive and understandable. I personally like the “Any Signer” or signing groups feature because this feature allows multiple signers to sign on one contract. Be careful with docusign-DONT USE THIS COMPANY

Be careful with docusign, 2 months prior my renewal I contacted my sales team to review the price and I requested to make installment payments same method as the first year, we are a small non profit organization and the price for renewal is $2,000 dollars, Pandadoc is $600, I explained to them that i can change to Pandadoc but all my forms are already created in docusign; I contacted customer service department many times, I requested to review the price because when i signed up the year ...

Horrible Service no way to reach them by phone it's a hoax. No one to call.

I have been trying to contact these people . I cancelled my dr's appointment and had to sign up for them to sign a form. So I have been trying to call and cancel to make sure I would not be charged (30 days free they say, anyhow) there is no phone number, their page takes you everywhere but there. No one to talk to.
