What do you like best about DocuSign? Simple to use, intuitive and robust. I've used a few and docusign stands out. What do you dislike about DocuSign? Not that keen on the 2nd signatory's not getting the contract until first one has signed it. Recommendations to others considering DocuSign: Take the plunge, cheaper ones on the market but they aren't as good. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? We are getting our contracts back quicker

What do you like best about DocuSign? I can upload any document, using the DocuSign intuitive navigation, create envelope and then just add the required fields , which can be easily editted in the document editor. Not once, was I in a situation where documents were sent to us for signature, where our users were expected to print it, sign it, scan it and email it - DocuSign consolidates all those 4 actions into 2 easy steps: upload and add the required elelments. Effectively Theft

Effectively Theft, Docusign charged £396 for an annual renewal which was canceled in writing (and acknowledged) before the renewal date. Now seems impossible to get them to refund as they consistently say "it's in process". Are they doing so badly they need to hold on to my £400 to finance the business? Tech might be ok but if you value customer service PLEASE AVOID.

What do you like best about DocuSign? It's straightforward to use. I like being able to set the signing order and add people to receive copies without signing. What do you dislike about DocuSign?
