"Great Way to Collect Signatures"

What do you like best about DocuSign? It is super easy to use; add documents, recipients, fields, and you are good to go. Very intuitive. What do you dislike about DocuSign? I cannot figure out how to remove contacts. We send 1500 envelopes per year, and most of those require a signature from my director so his name shows in a list for each time he has signed (that may not be true, but it is a VERY long list with just his name recurring). Difficult to use and impossible to cancel subscription

I found Docusign to be clunky, slow, and unnecessarily complicated. Everyone I sent the forms to complained that they were too difficult to complete. Upon trying to cancel my subscription, I have to create a support ticket, which makes me feel as though my money is being held hostage. There is no guarantee that the support ticket will be responded to by the time my annual membership renews. Avoid DocuSign at any cost!

Warning don't trust they care

Do not EVER trust this site secure yes I would have said absolutely until my phone blacked out and I had to get a new phone but once I did that and didn't know the password associated with my google account I could no longer access my email or my important documents thru docusign even though I know the password and email associated with my docusign account I still can't access it because it now says I need to access a link they are sending to my email because I'm signing in from a different ...

"Easy-to-use design software"

What do you like best about DocuSign? Cheaper than most similar tools on the market. Easy to learn and easy to sign contracts. On the user side, it is also easy to sign. Each activity is documented. What do you dislike about DocuSign? I wish the templates were easier to make. I wish you could integrate with our SharePoint so that documents are automatically stored when signed by all parties. What do you like best about DocuSign? The simplicity of the software is what makes it so useful. What do you dislike about DocuSign? One thing I'm not a fan of is when a link expires, but I guess it happens for security reasons and a new link is generated pretty much immediately so it's not a cause for concern. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? Salary / Benefit changes - it's so easy to do!
