Overcharged me, blocked me from acct, NIGHTMARE Customer "Service".

One star is being VERY generous. Their "customer service" is THE WORST, way worse than Comcast and who would've thought that was possible?! They overcharged me $1,368. I tried chat and chatted with two people, called three different times, spent a total of 5 HOURS on the phone to allegedly get a fix and a refund.
