What do you like best about DocuSign? So easy to use and very professional looking. My clients feel safe signing contracts through DocuSign. What do you dislike about DocuSign? Creating text boxes for customers to enter information might be more accurate. Attempting to align text with existing information can be tricky. "Very intuitive from a user persepctive"

Unintuitive, unreliable and confusing

This is one of the most unintuitive, poorly designed apps I've ever used. I have been trying to use it as part of my university to get forms filled out by committee members. They keep getting confused because they can't figure out how to insert text boxes and honestly, I can't blame them because it's unintuitive. If you request a signature from someone and they decline, it completely screws everything up. I can't even find the document anymore on my profile and this has happened to me ...

What do you like best about DocuSign? I love how I can quickly sign any PDF document from my mobile device via your mobile app without printing, signing, scanning and returning them manually. What do you dislike about DocuSign? Occasionally it fails or you cannot successfully export the signed PDF file, which I have to restart again. What do you like best about DocuSign? The thing I like most about DocuSign is the efficiency. Gone are the days where you have to print, sign, scan and send.
