"Must have for remote signing"

What do you like best about DocuSign? The most helpful feature is the level of control, you can customize most aspects of the process and create templates to reuse for your most common documents. they WERE good

they WERE good - easy to use affordable service NOW they are a bloated, bureaucratic company. They can't get you a straight answer if their system doesn't do something right... I was circulating a contract and their system said he never signed - but he DID sign - 3 TIMES!!! trouble ticket yielded no response after a week Phone support is horrible.... USe a diff service !!

What do you like best about DocuSign? It's easy to set up templates so you can submit the same type of contracts over and over again. Email updates when contracts are completed are also helpful. What do you dislike about DocuSign? When you log in, it's a bit tricky to see the different contracts. It would be nice if there was more than one file system to organize files. "Simple and easy to use as well as very efficient"

What do you like best about DocuSign? I love how easy it is to use, and the custom features to create your own document before sending out What do you dislike about DocuSign? The user interface can look a little cleaner What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? The ability to send over contracts in detail, getting a deal signed without doing it the old school way. It also allows for editing any info quickly.

Is there a Negative Star Rating!!??

Like other reviewers I would give them less than one star if possible. They are the worst!! I'm on the phone with them now trying to cancel my account. I have called SIX times before reaching a person...each time I was put on hold and after a few minutes the system either disconnected or a recording said "no one can help you now" and then it disconnected. Finally, I selected the Sales option which I knew would get a live person. I explained to the sales rept that I had been disconnected 5 ...

Forced signups and spam

Had to sign up to sign a contract; forcing me to sign up was annoying and cumbersome in the first place, and I know without a shadow of a doubt that I unticked any marketing emails, yet low and behold the very next morning I have spam from them.Certainly wouldn't recommend.

"New user and lover"

What do you like best about DocuSign? I really liked having the possibility to use DropBox within DocuSign to obtain the electronic signature; this was very convenient.
