What do you like best? We chose Document360 because it is a straight forward solution for our companies Help Center. It did exactly what we needed without extras that we didn't need, and all at an affordable price. What do you dislike? What do you like best? easy search, tags, embed files, embed videos, very simple layout, additional cost: you can have user preferences and departments/levels, you can also have an internal or external facing (external you have to purchase a second project). my agents absolutely love this product. What do you like best? I like that the structure of the published Knowledge Base is mirrored in the content editor, and the one-click publishing creates an easy publishing experience.
