What do you like best? That we can see what people looked at and for how long, also we can edit active links. Gives us the ability to gauge what people are interested in and what could use improvement. I like that it's easy to upload content and that the spaces are customize-able. Amazing, but it still has a few things that need improvements.

What do you like best? It works very well, it's easy to learn and it does exactly what it's meant to do. What do you dislike? I use the password feature a lot. There's an easy way to do massive uploads, but then you have to go one by one adding the password. It would be incredibly useful if you could input a CSV or excel file with all of the individual passwords, and also do massive link extractions. What do you like best? Control of what viewers are able to do. I can allow people to view only once they have provided information. Insights into what they look at and for how long. What do you like best? DocSend has made my life easier allowing me to avoid sending documents as attachments, conserving valuable email space. What do you like best? Simple and easy to understand product that helps to run my business. What do you dislike? Some people don't love receiving them these as they prefer PDF. What do you like best? Before DocSend, I often sent materials to clients and prospects without knowing which of them interacted with those materials -- especially materials not requiring a signature.
