This application allows you to keep track of the behavior of different customers or users who receive presentations, you can see the time in which they look and interact with what is sent, has the ability to see when you open a document, this program has perfect tools for teamwork. Startup Founder Experience with DocSend
What do you like best? As Founder of a startup company, i found DocSend very useful. Sending Investor Decks and important documents much more secure. You have full control of who is viewing it. We have also couple internal metrics who most likely invest or not based on viewing times and return rates. Every Founder should use and take benefit of it. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love the "Spaces" and use them all the time for creating personalized content hubs What do you dislike? I don't like how DocSend works with video (uploading video to Vimeo and then creating a powerpoint presentation with an active link is a very messy workaround. I would really prefer if video worked out of the box. Can’t live without it
What do you like best? That I know when people have actually checked my attachment, what pages they’ve seen, how long they spend reviewing the deck, how frequently they come back to the document, and that we get their contact info (email!. My favorite b2b sales tool
What do you like best? DocSend has been the key tool in automating our b2b sales process. The ability to control access to documents, update links seamlessly and track time on pages has really helped to hone our content. I never send .pdfs anymore. What do you dislike? The only change that I would make to DocSend would be to make videos playable within documents (rather than clicking on the link and then having a pop up appear.
