What do you like best? The best thing about Enterprise Alert, besides it being a Robust and flexible alerting product, is the team supporting it. They are verry skilled and quick to assist, helping to tailor the product to our needs. What do you dislike? I have not encountered anthing about Enterprise Alert that I dislike. A powerful and flexibel tool for management and automation of alerting

What do you like best? I really like the flexibility of the tool and the possibility to connect different IT systems (e.g. monitoring tools). That helps us to implement a kind of alerting standard over different teams and units. As well multiple notifications channels and user based profiles arrive very well with my customers. What do you like best? The software give the possibility to alert on really many different channels and also to receive the events on different ways. Derdack Enterprise Alert as primary alerting system

What do you like best? The fact that Derdack keeps on chasing the 24/7 support engineer when he doesn't directly answer makes us never break the SLA of our support contracts. Besides this, the possibility to connect to SCSM, SCOM and OMS gives us everything we need. What do you dislike? The on-call calender can be a little bit unclear at first.
