Simple to use product and excellent customer support

What do you like best? The product runs 24x7 with no issues. Any queries i have are answered and dealt with in a quick professional manner. What do you dislike? From using the product, i don't have any issues, as its perfect for our environment and integration. What problems are you solving with the product? Very flexible solution for all you alerting

What do you like best? It is very easy to connect different sources (IT, technical, fire,...) using different interfaces. For almost all systems we found a way to connect them to Enterprise Alert. I also like the application toolkit we gives us a lot of power to analyze, enriche,..incoming messages before processing it. What do you like best? EA allows users to set the way they want to be notified; no more update requests. Also allows centralized OnCall calendar for every OnCall resources and its publication to every interested managers. What do you like best? Many things: I love the detailed logging, the ease of installation, the ease of upgrades, and the responsiveness of the support team, to name a few. What do you dislike?
