The best part for me is the Communication between management and employees is clear and there is no double handling information as employee is in direct contact with higher levels of management What do you dislike about Deputy? That you don't get notified if a new employee doesn't recieve an invite due to something like a typo. What do you like best about Deputy? Time consuming, customer service was competent, easy to access from mobiles, laptops and computers. What do you dislike about Deputy? Server failures due to maintenance, sometime not showing accurate time sheet if you used it from iPad and later check it from your computer. What problems is Deputy solving and how is that benefiting you? Time consumption and accurate records.
