DemandTools is a data-quality power toolset; it de-dupes, finds IDs, mass updates records, and much more, sometimes saving me days of work. I cannot do my job without DemandTools. What do you like best about DemandTools? I love that scrubbing data is so easy with DemandTools. We have a lot of quirkiness to our data and the ability to create scenarios and save them to be used over and over again is such a time saver! What do you like best about DemandTools? Quick and easy to use once you're up to speed. What do you dislike about DemandTools? The UI does take some getting used to. I've found Validity's live sessions and content on each of the modules to be very helpful in getting the most out of DemandTools. What do you like best about DemandTools? That is easy to use, especially when matching records that already exist What do you dislike about DemandTools? That some times it gives me errors when loading large quantities of data, and I have to load in small increments, too time consuming What problems is DemandTools solving and how is that benefiting you? Loading large quantities of data into SF from other systems that don't have interfaces with SF and are critical to the business to be in SF.

What do you like best about DemandTools? I like how easily DemandTools works with my Salesforce data, and how versatile it is. What do you dislike about DemandTools? If I am working with a lot of data, it takes a while to run the job. It would be better if I could run larger batches. What problems is DemandTools solving and how is that benefiting you? It operates slowly sometimes, but the benefit of flexibility in deduping is worth being patient occasionally.
