What do you like best about DemandTools? We love the ability to dedupe our whole database without the need to use and CSVs What do you dislike about DemandTools? before it was no MAC support however with the release of demandtools 5.0 there is mac support so we're very happy with that. What problems is DemandTools solving and how is that benefiting you? duplicates in our system. also any other form of data work, reassigning records etc.

What do you like best about DemandTools? Ability to schedule automated jobs -- for example I've scheduled an automated Contact de-dupe and merge process. They give you a lot of options on the confidence level of the match (i.e. email address and last name exact match with first name first letter match, vs. fuzzy match) so you can work with your team on what level of confidence you are comfortable with when executing a bulk de-dupe and merge. What do you like best about DemandTools? DemandTools has the best in class set of tools for merging, updating and discovery. I haven't found another tool on the market with the full feature set. What do you like best about DemandTools? Powerful Tool - our phone number formats were all over the board, Demand Tool quickly allowed me to update our 350K contacts in a few clicks. What do you like best about DemandTools? I only use this tool for data corrections which barely scratches the surface of its capability. The fact that you can use common label names instead of API names starts the long list of items I love about this product.
