"Very good for deduping while importing"

What do you like best about DemandTools? This software has been incredibly useful to my company. I use it for uploading lists of leads, and it dedupes contacts and leads simultaneously by using a powerful search function with several sets of criteria at once. This allows it to upsert the list as leads and contacts. It also has options for creating tasks and creating new accunts. What do you dislike about DemandTools? What do you like best about DemandTools? DemandTools gives users the tools to clean data. Between there great de-duplication tools, ability to import, and ability to clean data with built-in formulas, you cannot ask for a better tool. What do you dislike about DemandTools? What do you like best about DemandTools? DemandTools has created a super powerful tool for SFDC admins to fully manipulate and understand their data. Mass updates, inserts and my personal favorite function; Find/Report IDs. All too often do I receive a list of necessary updates from users with no ID, this function is an absolute lifesaver. What do you like best about DemandTools? This is so much more than a de-duplication tool; there are several other tools which make life as a Salesforce Admin much easier. What do you dislike about DemandTools? I appreciate the 'single screen' aspect of many of the tools, although it can make for a 'fussy' screen - happily, steps are numbered and help is a hover away What problems is DemandTools solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about DemandTools? Ability to mass-merge SF objects (duplicate accounts, etc.) What do you dislike about DemandTools? The user interface is a little intimidating for first-time users What problems is DemandTools solving and how is that benefiting you? Ability to extract custom objects and related objects in ways that are too complicated for the standard SF data loader. Also able to mass-merge duplicate records.
