What do you like best about DemandTools? The Find Ids feature is by far the most useful to me - we have a situation with multiple locations of data, despite our main CRM being Salesforce. What do you like best about DemandTools? Demand Tools helps me to do some very specific Salesforce administration that cannot be done using Salesforce alone. What do you dislike about DemandTools? The interface is so bad! And the names of some of the tools don't intuitively tell you what they do. What problems is DemandTools solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about DemandTools? SO many tools to help you manage data within salesforce. Power Grid and Mass Update features have saved me so much time. What do you like best about DemandTools? Powerful. Easy to use and clean data. Nice backup files when changing data en masse. De-duping is strong but leaves control. What do you like best about DemandTools? I like that it is so user friendly and easily adaptable. What do you dislike about DemandTools? I don't like that it doesn't fix all the issues and we have to use multiple tools at once. What problems is DemandTools solving and how is that benefiting you?
