Packed with features and I love that upload don't require only csv files What do you dislike about DemandTools? no 24/7 support but we have been able to resolve issues by the next working day Recommendations to others considering DemandTools: Very easy to use and packed with cool features What problems is DemandTools solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about DemandTools? a lot of different features and the extract file functions What do you dislike about DemandTools? complex UI for first time users might be a deterrent. Recommendations to others considering DemandTools: have a strong sharing settings in salesforce and object accessibility before granting acccess to non-admin users What problems is DemandTools solving and how is that benefiting you? SF data export and upserts.

What do you like best about DemandTools? Report ID function where we can get the ID's for specific records. What do you dislike about DemandTools? Application not available for MAC. MAc users need to work on RDP What problems is DemandTools solving and how is that benefiting you? Control over the record processing. pulling Report ID's with the scenario based. Ownership reassignment.

What do you like best about DemandTools? DemandTools makes my life as a Salesforce admin so much easier. I am able to make quick changes to keep our database clean. What do you like best about DemandTools? Very powerful tool and easy to use, and they keep adding new features that can help with cleaning up data in mass and to automate those batches. They offer great customer support and have training videos and training material that explains how to use this tool. What do you like best about DemandTools? I use DemandTools for everything - Account De-dupping, mass uploads, mass updates, reporting cleanup...
