The product itself is great it allows de-duplicating with a wide variety of options as well as the ability to mass update existing data with a power interface with many filters and an export / import tool. Another fantastic feature is the Find tool so you can match an excel spreadsheet to contacts or other data in Salesforce to find a match with data you already have in your system (great for marketing list imports) What do you dislike about ...

What do you like best about DemandTools? Matching tools are top shelf. Fuzzy logic and conditional as well What do you dislike about DemandTools? Pc only.
