"Makes my Salesforce Admin life much easier!"
What do you like best about DemandTools? I like how you can build a list of records and update right from that list. Also, the FindID is a huge help when keeping our database clean and preventing duplicates from getting in. What do you dislike about DemandTools? When making mass changes, if there was a way to not trigger workflow rules. What problems is DemandTools solving and how is that benefiting you? Preventing duplicates. Mass Update, delete etc.

What do you like best about DemandTools? POWER! There are so many applications for admin and developer alike. I've actually found it very handy in learning the data model. "Indispensible tool for Salesforce admins"
What do you like best about DemandTools? The various modules in demandtools makes my job as an admin SO much easier. The reassign ownership module is very critical, as are the masseffect and massimpact modules. I wouldnt be able to do my job without it! What do you dislike about DemandTools? "Valuable Tool!!!"
What do you like best about DemandTools? I can access, change, manipulate etc data VERY quickly!!! What do you dislike about DemandTools? Nothing so far...but I haven't used all functionality... What problems is DemandTools solving and how is that benefiting you? Mass updating, deleting or uploading data. I can match leads lists with my existing database quickly so I don't prevent duplicates.

What do you like best about DemandTools? Ability to run scheduled jobs for merging records. Accounts and contacts in specific. The interface is classic and easy to use. "Great tool for data hygiene."
What do you like best about DemandTools? Its effectiveness in identifying duplicates with the single de-dupe tool. What do you dislike about DemandTools? it doesn't work on MAC products, so i have to use a VM tool to use it which is a pain. What problems is DemandTools solving and how is that benefiting you? Data hygiene in salesforce has improved by scheduling deduping jobs.

What do you like best about DemandTools? DemandTools gives me the ability to quickly update records in Salesforce. What do you dislike about DemandTools? There is nothing that I dislike, DemandTools fits my needs. What problems is DemandTools solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm able to mass update Salesforce records in a matter of minutes, verse having to update each record individually.

"Simple way to edit/update en masse"
What do you like best about DemandTools? Being able to add and update large amounts of information at once. It's also simple to use and figure out on my own--very intuitive. I also appreciate that, prior to adding new campaigns or Organizations, DT will alert you of any potential duplicates. What do you dislike about DemandTools? It overrides Salesforce in some instances, so you have to be very careful that the information you are adding won't delete information that you would like to keep ...
