What do you like best about DemandTools? It is very easy to update and and delete data in Salesforce using this tool. Some of the features that I think are particularly helpful are: uploads and updates using Excel, using constants when uploading data, updating data using business logic, identifying and performing deduplication, and insight into error records. What do you like best about DemandTools? We initially purchased Demand Tools specifically for deduping but quickly found that it can be used for so much more. The duplicate management tool is extremely powerful. I can't live without the record merge function. The Reassign Ownership function is more robust than the mass transfer function in Salesforce. What do you like best about DemandTools? Biggest win we use DemandTools for is the LeadConversion, have also found the ReportID functionality helpful when lists are given without contactID or AccountIDs and being able to match based on criteria. What do you like best about DemandTools? It has a lot of functionality and is relatively easy to learn. What do you dislike about DemandTools?
