What do you like best about DearDoc? The most helpful thing about DearDoc is they're 1000% committed to my companies success and they listen to my concerns & questions carefully. What do you like best about DearDoc? All the features offered and the consistent addition of new features. Customer service is 2nd to none. What do you dislike about DearDoc? Nothing. No complaints. Fantastic program and service. What problems is DearDoc solving and how is that benefiting you? Generating new patient web based leads. Patient communication. Allows us to capture patients we would have lost in the past due to lack of features offered by DearDoc.
