What do you like best? Datorama is very user friendly and intuitive. We have a single source of truth and saves a lot of time creating manual dashboards and reporting. I am able to create custom metrics and dimensions suited for my needs. I also like the introduction of the generic bucket to help map files that don't necessarily have a unique identifier. What do you like best? Office hour. Datoroma staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. What do you dislike? When creating a dashboard, it's hard to move blocks around. When adding a new chart, the chart appears at the bottom which is annoying sometimes when you have a long dashboard. It would be nice if the new block can be added around where I am at. What do you like best? Intuitive and easy to learn, supportive staff. What do you dislike? Can be slow to download reports, no option to prevent automatic emailing of downloads. What do you like best? What I like best about Datorama is its ability to work with other parties APIs to integrate data into Datorama. It makes the process of uploading data and creating visual seamless. What do you dislike? I dislike how long it takes to download and upload large files sometimes. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to create custom metrics to solve for diverse questions my client want to answer with their data.

Very solid marketing database

What do you like best? Datorama support is excellent, in the majority of cases they were able to help me to combine my data in various, extremely useful ways. What do you like best? Quick Data Ingestion and awesome visualizations. The ability to quickly ingest, combine, map, and visualize data and tell an impactful story. What do you dislike? Wish there was more options for visualizations. Also would be nice if there was more resources allocated to data processing.
