"A Good Resource for Drafting and Editing"

What do you like best about Datapeople? Taprecruit has been a great resource for helping us to edit our job listings. When multiple people add to the creation of a listing, it's hard to make sure that everything has one voice and a nice flow to it. TapRecruit is great for that.

What do you like best about Datapeople? I love that TapRecruit helps me see job descriptions in a fresh, new way. There are many subtleties that I previously didn't realize were barriers to getting great talent to apply for a job. Now I feel like I have a new lens in which to approach job descriptions and am able to apply what I've learned through TapRecruit when I'm starting a description from scratch.

What do you like best about Datapeople? It is consistent with the recommendations it provides to reduce bias and make our job descriptions more attractive and diverse. I also like that is saves all of our job descriptions so we can pull them again when the same or similar role come opens. It is also beneficial to see the history of the changes.

What do you like best about Datapeople? I like the ease of using the product. It makes editing job posting super easy with a few simple clicks. What do you dislike about Datapeople?

What do you like best about Datapeople? I enjoy the score provided for each job description. It becomes almost a game to see how high you can get the score by updating/modifying the position. Also, having the option to review other job postings from similar roles is beneficial when having conversations with hiring managers on ways to increase candidate attraction.

What do you like best about Datapeople? I like the ease of use and integration into Greenhouse. Being able to view all of our current job postings at the click of a button definitely helps to streamline the process. I like that the platform also allows for collaboration between team members.

It gives recommendations about the length of your title, and body as well as recommendations for phrases and language that will help or hinder your ability to get candidates applying to your role. It integrates well with Greenhouse in my experience and it makes it easy for us to be able to take a quick look at how our job descriptions are performing. ...
