What do you like best about Datapeople? I like that TapRecruit integrates with ATSs and that it is really easy to make the recommended changes. You can click on the suggestions and it'll update automatically instead of having to manually type or delete things.

"Creating consistent job descriptions has never been easier!"

What do you like best about Datapeople? TapRecruit allows us to create templates that include standard language about our company, our perks, and EEOC that can be inserted into all of our job descriptions. This helps create more consistency with language and layout across all of our job descriptions. TapRecruit has also helped keep us from having long, wordy job descriptions and prompts us to change or remove anything that might keep someone from applying.

What do you like best about Datapeople? I like that I can use TapRecruit to help edit my job descriptions to make them more concise and inclusive. I also think it's great to have a tool and company policy on the tool because it also holds hiring managers accountable as well to write better job descriptions.
