What do you like best about DataGrail? The team at DataGrail has been imperative in helping us deliver an all in one data privacy request solution. They have been on hand to comprehensively answer any questions, showcase the benefits of using their solution and walk through it's easy to use user interface. The solution is very simple and meets all of the use case requirements with regards to satisfying legislation such as GDPR and now CCPA.

What do you like best about DataGrail? We are still in the implementation phase, so I can't speak to our live experience yet, but I will say that their team across the board are attentive, responsive and very knowledgeable. We've worked with Shawn, Mallory, Marc and Justine (mostly Justine) at various points, and they've all been wonderful to work with. The best part is I fully expect this level of responsiveness to be present after we go live. I have zero doubts that they will continue to ...

What do you like best about DataGrail? On-boarding DataGrail to applications that I own could not have been simpler. It's very easy as an administrator to respond to data subject requests and process them through all of our systems.
