What do you like best about DataGrail? The team at DataGrail has been imperative in helping us deliver an all in one data privacy request solution. They have been on hand to comprehensively answer any questions, showcase the benefits of using their solution and walk through it's easy to use user interface. The solution is very simple and meets all of the use case requirements with regards to satisfying legislation such as GDPR and now CCPA.

We are still in the implementation phase, so I can't speak to our live experience yet, but I will say that their team across the board are attentive, responsive and very knowledgeable. We've worked with Shawn, Mallory, Marc and Justine (mostly Justine) at various points, and they've all been wonderful to work with.
