What do you like best about DataGrail? I really appreciate the whole team at DataGrail. They are all incredibly helpful in integrating our services into DataGrail, helping us understand the processes, and making this easy. We are a very small team and they have become like second hands at helping us become compliant. We would not be where we are today in our privacy program if is wasn't for the DataGrail team and their tool.

In addition to the platform being incredibly easy to use, I'm most impressed that it fully integrated into our different systems, allowing for extremely quick processing of DSARs. It really does the work for you. Additionally, the crew at DataGrail are always available for assistance and truly go above and beyond in helping make sure our experience with their product exceeds expectations.

What do you like best about DataGrail? I love that the system provides great automation, an easy UX and great customer support. We were able to quickly integrate with multiple third-party systems and got help to learn how to process tickets and make sure we were compliant with CCPA.
